Home/Submit/Submit a marketplace

Submit your B2B marketplace for editorial review.

If your platform meets our published inclusion criteria, listing is free and the editorial review takes up to 14 working days. Sponsored placement is a separate, paid product — distinct from editorial inclusion.

Section 01
Marketplace basics
The essentials — what the platform is, where it operates from, and how to reach it.
One sentence describing what the marketplace does. We may use or rewrite this for editorial purposes.
Section 02
Coverage & scale
What the marketplace covers and roughly how big it is.
Select the main industry vertical. Marketplaces covering multiple industries can pick the dominant one.
Where do suppliers and buyers concentrate? Tick all that apply.
As of submission. We'll verify.
How long has the platform been live with real activity?
Section 03
Supplier verification
How does the platform vet suppliers? Be specific — this is what we'll verify and what determines the verification badge.
Choose the option closest to your platform's enforcement model. Methodology criteria are detailed in our verification rubric.
What does your platform specifically check? List documents, certifications, third-party audits, or regulatory data sources. We'll verify against your actual workflow.
Section 04
Fee model
Buyer-side and supplier-side fees, separately. Transparent fee models score higher in editorial review.
If public, share approximate pricing. Helps the editorial review be accurate.
Section 05
Why include this in the directory?
What makes your marketplace meaningfully different or useful — in your own words. This is what the editorial team will assess against the inclusion criteria.
~3-5 sentences. Avoid generic claims ("we're the leading platform"). Specific is better — what buyer scenario does this platform serve better than alternatives?
Section 06
Submitter contact
Who's submitting, and how we should follow up with editorial questions or the decision.
Logo, screenshots, founder bios, recent coverage — anything that helps the editorial review.
Review timeline: Up to 14 working days. You'll be notified via email regardless of the outcome.

Submitter questions

Common questions about the submission process, eligibility, and what happens after.

Does paying for sponsorship help get a listing accepted?
No. Sponsorship and editorial inclusion are completely separate products. A marketplace can pay for featured placement and still be rejected for editorial inclusion if it doesn't meet the criteria. Equally, a small unsponsored marketplace can be accepted and published if it meets the standards. The editorial review is unaffected by commercial relationships — that's the whole point.
What if my marketplace gets rejected? Can I resubmit?
Yes, after a meaningful change. Resubmissions are accepted if the underlying issue has been addressed — for example, if the platform was rejected for insufficient operating history at 9 months, resubmission after 12+ months of continuous operation is welcome. Cosmetic changes to the submission itself won't change the outcome. The rejection email always explains what the issue was, so you'll know what would need to change.
Can I review or edit the draft listing before it goes live?
You'll receive the draft listing before publication and can flag factual inaccuracies — wrong dates, mischaracterised features, outdated fee information. The editorial verdict, verification tier, and "best for / skip if" framing are editorial judgements and not subject to revision on submitter preference. Disagreements on editorial judgement are noted but don't change the published content.
How long does the listing stay published once accepted?
Indefinitely, subject to periodic re-review. Every listing is refreshed on roughly a 12-month cycle against the current methodology. Off-cycle re-reviews can be triggered by ownership changes, verification policy shifts, fee model restructures, or regulatory events. A listing can be suspended if a platform stops meeting inclusion criteria, with notification to the operator.
What if I disagree with the editorial verdict?
Disagreement on editorial judgement is permitted; replacement of judgement on request is not. We correct factual inaccuracies via the corrections process (linked from every detail page). For editorial disagreements, you can submit a written response and we'll consider it for the next review cycle. Public methodology and inclusion criteria mean disagreements can be evaluated against documented standards rather than preferences.
Will my submitter information be public?
No. Submitter contact details are used by the editorial team for review-related correspondence only and are never published or shared with third parties. The marketplace's public listing references the platform itself, not the individual who submitted it. We may quote or paraphrase submitted positioning copy in the editorial review where it's accurate; attribution is to the marketplace, not the submitter.
